We are an educational and charitable nonprofit established and supported exclusively by Jefferson City area citizens. We appreciate all our volunteers and supporters who are helping us reach our goals.  We would especially like to recognize the following businesses, organizations, and individuals for their outstanding support:

Business Supporters:

Second Christian Church gave many needed hands in our garden harvest.

Longfellow’s Garden Center Inc. provided the amazing starter plants for the 2015 growing season.

Mission JC for providing the volunteers to create and plant the community garden for 2015.

BlueBird Composting of Fulton provided a truck-load of their wonderful compost for use in our garden.

Brew House Coffee and Downtown Diner of Jefferson City provide meeting space and coffee grounds for use in our compost production.

Jefferson City Medical Group has adopted our tomato sub-plot.  A group of around 7 volunteers from JCMG will tend to care and harvesting of the tomatoes for the 2014 growing season.

Crown Power & Equipment of Jefferson City provided equipment and labor for ground breaking and plowing our half acre garden plot.

Other Contributors:

Helene Webster-Richardson, a NEEED Project board member, generously donated the use of her land for our half acre Big Horn Drive garden plot.

Don Schneiders, technical adviser to the NEEED Project, donated the large sign that marks the Big Horn Drive garden.

The Central Missouri Master Gardeners donated many of the plants that were used to start the Big Horn Drive garden.
